Privatlivspolitik for ansøgninger til optagelse på Daghøjskolens linjer.
Denne privatlivspolitik beskriver hvordan AFUK (”vi” eller ”os”) behandler personoplysninger i forbindelse med optagelsesprøver.

3) Dine rettigheder Du har følgende rettigheder: a) Du har ret til at anmode om indsigt, berigtigelse eller sletning af dine personoplysninger. b) Du har ret til at modsætte dig behandlingen af dine personoplysninger og få behandlingen af dine personoplysninger begrænset. c) Du har ubetinget ret til at modsætte dig behandling af dine personoplysninger til brug for direkte markedsføring d) Hvis behandlingen af dine personoplysninger er baseret på dit samtykke, har du ret til at tilbagekalde dit samtykke til enhver tid. Din tilbagekaldelse vil ikke have betydning for lovligheden af behandlingen foretaget inden din tilbagekaldelse af dit samtykke. e) Du har ret til at modtage de personoplysninger, som du selv har afgivet, i et struktureret, almindeligt anvendt og maskinlæsbart format (dataportabilitet). f) Du kan altid indgive en klage til datatilsynet: www.datatilsynet.dk

4) Behandling af oplysninger Nedenfor har vi redegjort for til hvilke præcise formål, vi behandler dine oplysninger.
4.1 SOM ANSØGER Når du ansøger om at blive optaget på et hold hos AFUKs daghøjskole behandler vi dine personoplysninger.
a) Formål AFUKs primære formål er at håndtere oplysninger om ansøgeren med det formål at vurdere ansøgerene til optagelse på den ansøgte linje. Efter vurdering af ansøgningen behandler vi oplysninger med henblik på en evt. senere optagelse (venteliste).
b) Retsgrundlag for behandlingen: Vi behandler oplysninger på baggrunden af din ansøgning, jf. artikel 6.1.b.
c) Opbevaringslængde Oplysninger om ansøgeren opbevares i 4 måneder efter endt ansøgningsfrist.
d) Kategorier af modtagere Databehandlere Oplysninger i forbindelse med mailkorrespondance med os bliver overført til USA. Modtagerne er omfattet af Privacy Shield-ordningen. Det betyder, at Kommissionen har fastslået, at de har et tilstrækkeligt beskyttelsesniveau. Du kan læse mere om Privacy Shield-ordningen på www.privacyshield.gov
e) Pligtmæssig information Indsamlingen af personoplysninger er en forudsætning for ansøgningen.

Privacy policy for applications to apply to the Daghjskole’s (Dayhighschool) programs.
This privacy policy describes how AFUK (“we” or “us” in the following”) treats personal information in connection with auditions.

3) Your Rights
You have the following rights:
a) You have the right to request insight, correction or deletion of your personal data
b) You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and have the processing of your personal data limited.
c) You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for use in connection with direct marketing
d) If the process of your personal data is based on your consent, you have right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not have any impact on the legality of the processing having taken place before your withdrawal.
e) You have the right to receive the personal data that you have submitted in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (dataportability). You can always file a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynetdk).

4) Processing of data
Below we have outlined the exact purposes that we process your data for.
4.1 As an Applicant
When you apply to be accepted in in one of AFUK Dagh0jskole’s programs we process your personal data.
a) Purpose
AFUK’ s primary purpose is to process data on the applicant with the purpose of evaluating the applicant for enrollment in the program they have applied for. After the evaluation of the application we process the data with the purpose eventually using it at a later point

b) Legal basis for the processing:
We process your data on the background of your application (cf. article 6.1.b.)
c) Length of retention
The data on the applicant is kept four months after application deadline.
d) Categories of recipients
Dataprocessers
Data in connection with mail correspondences with us is transferred to USA. The recipients is part of the Privacy Shield-agreement That means, that the Commission has determined, that they have a sufficient level of protection. You can read more about Privacy Shield at www.privacyshield.gov
e) Mandatory information
The collection of personal data is a perquisite for the application.
